Nextgen Group is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers. Our Service Management Centre (SMC) and Field Operations team are central to ensuring we deliver this high quality of service and for maintaining availability to our customers.

The Service Management Centre (SMC) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support customers through proactively monitoring the health and integrity of Nextgen Group’s national network, data centres and cloud infrastructure.

As the first point of contact for Nextgen Group’s customers, the SMC:

  • provides end-to-end fault management,
  • manages through the deployment of field staff and the provisioning of services and network elements, and
  • manages planned and emergency network updates.
